Back in June I received and email from Deborah Johnston from Age UK Horsham, she told me they were planning on putting on a charity fundraiser for their charity at South Lodge Hotel, just outside Horsham. They were looking to use our event photo booth to help raise funds for their charity. I jumped at the chance to be a part of this great charity’s fund raising evening. So in September everything was booked and confirmed, and we were getting planning and getting things in place for the 23rd February. South Lodge is a stunning venue for any event, with loads of room for guests to move around and have fun.
And so the event has now been and gone! It was great to be at South Lodge again, the staff were great, and with so many people we all had a great evening, everyone who came through our studio said they were really enjoying themselves, we also had a some great characters come through our studio, including two fellow photographers and their partners who managed to make everyone laugh (at the ceiling!).
Plans are already under way for next year’s fundraiser and Deborah sounds like she’s got some exciting plans up her sleeves for it as well.
The photos shown here are just a few of those taken during the course of the evening, and the last one shows our event photography studio photo-booth all set-up in one of South Lodge’s side rooms all ready to go at the start of the evening.
