Scott and Anna aren’t even from around Horsham (they live in Canada) although Scott is originally from the local area, Anna is from Denmark. So it was great to get a call a few months back asking if I would be free to photograph their wedding at the Horsham Registry office.
When I met Scott and Anna a few weeks before their wedding they introduced me to their daughter, a beautiful and bubbly 8 month old, they were such a relaxed and happy couple that we very quickly clicked and it was easy to see what they were wanting from their day.
A few weeks later when the big day arrived I was waiting for Anna to arrive at the Registy office and almost miss-took her for a bridesmaid when she did. She was wearing a beautiful red dress, and as she put it to me… “I want to be able to wear my wedding dress again and again and again”.
Needless to say the day went off without a hitch, the couple were great taking everything in their stride (including saying their vows with their daughter in their arms) and everyone had a great afternoon followed by a celebratory late lunch reception and party at a nearby restaurant. It’s hard to imagine such a beautiful day.
