When it comes to remembering a momentous occasion nothing beats capturing it in photographic format. And there’s no better time to commemorate than a baby’s first birthday!
This week we had Iris in the studio crawling and getting into mischief but most of all being a beautiful little lady and posing fantastically for the camera.
Her parents wanted to capture some beautiful photos of their daughter to celebrate her turning one and asked me to organise this shoot with plenty of props and fun things for their little treasure to explore and interact with, including a special 1st birthday cup cake for her to smash.
Normally I would suggest simply doing a cake smash shoot to celebrate a baby turning 1, but this combination of cake smash, props, baby shoot and family photo shoot has got to be a new favourite.
Iris was full of fun and mischief during the photos shoot.
We finished off the photo shoot with a few whole family photos for them to enjoy and share with their friends and family.
